Tony Atkins I have worked in this industry longer than I care to remember. I have seen companies thrive and I have seen companies fail. The main thing I wanted to ensure when starting Duncan Reeds, was that our operation had to focus on our clients needs. Poor client service is the downfall of many businesses. We are a family run business, and people like doing business with people. From day one at Duncan Reeds we established that cultivating good, honest and open relationships with our clients would be the driving force behind our company ethics. Garry Atkins I started my career like everyone else - on the factory floor, then worked my way up to the accounts department and then the sales team of a prolific firm. That experience, coupled with the knowledge handed down to me from my father, gave me the drive, knowledge and confidence on which to build the foundations for Duncan Reeds. We shared the same passion and ambition to create a company that produced quality products for a diverse market at competitive prices, a company whose client service reflected that quality, and a company whose team shared the same principles and drive to make it succeed.That passion, ambition, quality of service and pride in everything we produce is testimony to our success and is ultimately shared with you .... our clients.

Andy Bilton ~ Director

After gaining HND in Furniture Production Management, Andy spent his first working year in the furniture industry. He then moved into laminate fabrication and, in 1988, he assisted Tony & Garry in setting up Duncan Reeds. With over 20 years experience in sales, estimating, and a 'hands on' approach to all areas of the business, Andy's current commitments include developing relationships with key customer and supplier accounts. He is key instigator in creating the necessary systems required to achieve full FSC certification.

Mika Sinisalo ~ National Sales Manager

After several years sales experience in the Timber Merchant Trade in Scandinavia and UK, Mika joined the team in 2004. He is the key contact for all European and Scandinavian marine projects; developing strong associations with Scandinavian and Eastern European shipyards and marine outfitting contractors, and is responsible for creating the necessary systems required to achieve full marine certifications. Maintaining and developing relationships with key and new clients and suppliers is also paramount in Mika's role.
